A: Ordering is simple with a six step process. Step 1. Pick your Occasion, Step 2. Pick your card design, Step 3. Add your personal greetings message, Step 4. Choose your gifts x 2, Step 5. Pick your delivery date, Step 6. Send your card.
A: We offer next day delivery for our guaranteed delivery orders placed before 2pm (if you order on a Saturday or Sunday your order will be dispatched on Monday). If ordering in advance you can choose a date from our date picker for as far in advance as you like, we would however advise that where possible you choose the date that is a day before your required delivery date, just in case there are any delays with the delivery.
A: All gifts are wrapped and heat sealed for freshness. The gifts have between a 5 day to 6 month life from the date of dispatch depending on which gifts you've chosen. Your recipient will generally have a least 4 days to consume the gifts with the shortest date when they are at their best. Typically our cake slices have the shortest best before dates, but can be frozen if necessary for upto 1 month, defrost thoroughly at room temperature before tucking in - the cake will be as delicious as the day it arrived.
Each gift will also have a best before date as well as an ingredients label.
A: We have a great range of free from gifts, please visit 'Our Gifts' page to view all gifts. All of our products have their ingredients listed. Any free from products are labelled as 'vegan' etc when delivered.
A: Once your order has been received by us, you will be sent an order confirmation email. If you haven't received an order confirmation email after checking your junk folder too, it's likely that your order has not been placed. You can also check this on the orders page on your account. Please contact us if you're having any problems.
A: If you've made a mistake on the address or would like to change the address please contact us as soon as possible, as we will do our best to resolve this for you. Please call us where possible so it's dealt with urgently, alternatively send us an email and put URGENT in the subject header so we can try to pick it up before it's dispatched at 2pm.
However, if your order address label has already been printed or the card has already been dispatched, we will be unable to change the address.
Unfortunately we simply do not have the ability to double check the delivery address on every single order placed. It is your responsibility to ensure your address is correct before you place your order. However we will help wherever we can.
A: To cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible, ideally by phone. Please do bear in mind that if your order is already being printed or has already been dispatched we will be unable to cancel the order.
